KIDS & TEENS @ SHPY:
Due to health considerations, kids and teens age 15 and under are not permitted to attend heated classes at South Hills Power Yoga. However, we've created these options so everyone can join in on the fun:
For ages 4-11:
Power Kids Monthly Workshop
2nd Saturday of Each Month w/ Nancy Jean Morrison
Introduce your child to yoga through this creative & fun workshop! Yoga encourages children to be comfortable with their bodies and offers a physical outlet and challenge in a non-competitive environment. Each session includes yoga instruction, a story and a craft. Parents are welcome to wait in our lobby or drop off children.
For ages 12-15:
Tweens and teens between the ages of 12–15 are welcome to practice at our non-heated Pay-What-You-Can classes (offered weekly at SHPY) if a parent or guardian is present.
Pay-What-You-Can Class Schedule:
Dormont: Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:30p.m.
All minors (under 18) must have a parent/guardian signed waiver prior to practicing.
