Beneficial to both body and spirit, the act of touch is one of humanity's first methods of therapy. Physical touch makes you healthier. Touch raises oxytocin, releases endorphins & strengthens your immune system. This special class interweaves restorative yoga shapes and mini gentle massage.
Early sign up is encouraged as this class is limited to 7 students.

Parents: Introduce your child to yoga through this unique & fun class! Yoga encourages children to be comfortable with their bodies and offers a physical outlet and challenge in a non-competitive environment. Each session includes yoga instruction, a story, and a craft.
All South Hills Power Yoga Special Events & Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable within the 10 days prior to the scheduled event. Workshops may be cancelled due to low registration, so don’t hesitate to sign-up in advance! If any workshop is cancelled by South Hills Power Yoga, participants will be fully refunded or receive an account credit.
