ChillYin and Reiki w/ Jessie Ulam

Yin yoga is a perfect balance for our power and yang styles of yoga practice. During yin yoga we apply moderate stress to the targeted areas and hold postures for longer periods of time. This allows us to work the deeper tissues of our fascial networks, joints and ligaments. Yin postures can increase circulation, improve flexibility and stimulate energy flow in the body. Although this style of yoga is passive, it can also be challenging due to the longer duration of holds. 

Reiki is a type of energy healing. Reiki can improve energy flow and promote relaxation. 

This yin class will combine meditation, breath work and long holds in each posture. Reiki will be sent to students who accept during savasana. This class will include modifications and use of props. All levels are welcome. Preregistration recommended. Drop-in or use your class pass.
