Summer School w/ Stacey Vespaziani
Summer School w/ Stacey Vespaziani
Three separate workshops to deepen your yoga practice and/or teaching this August.
Hi, Friends,
It's been many years since I've offered a series of workshops. In that time I have changed, the world has changed, and my approach to practicing and sharing yoga has changed.
I'm currently interested in how each pose in our asana practice gives us the opportunity to breathe through the full spectrum of experience––joy, stress, and everything in between––in other words, each pose is a situation we get to practice breathing with and through, and I believe that a strong yoga foundation gives us the best chance to do just that.
This series of three independent workshops explores this approach for wherever you are on your yoga journey. There is a worksop for the new power yoga student looking to build a solid practice from the onset, an option for the more seasoned yoga practitioner ready to approach and/or fine-tune some advanced postures, and a weekend program for the asana teacher interested in sharing yoga in a more integrated way.
I look forward to being in community with you and invite you to join me for one or all of these summer offerings.
My Best,
~Stacey Vespaziani

Workshop #3:
Practice What You Teach
August 15-17
(times below)
$400 ($250 for SHPY TT Alumni and current SHPY Teachers)
This weekend course was created for yoga teachers and focuses on adding to your teaching tool kit while deepening your own practice.
Our yoga teaching becomes richer and has more impact for our students when we work on it. The experience gained on our own mats and in leading yoga classes contributes to the bulk of our growth as teachers, but every now and again it is important to reenter into studentship and work on our craft. This unique three-day gathering will provide a space to explore new possibilities in your own teaching and connect with others doing the same.
Topics Covered:
- Intention Setting for Your Teaching
- In The Moment Feedback
- Intuitive Assisting
- Connecting Through Storytelling
- Teaching As Business / Teaching As Service
Schedule:
Friday (7:30-10p.m.)
Saturday (2-7p.m.)
Sunday (1:30-4p.m.)
*Participants must attend all sessions and should have completed a teacher training and/or have yoga teaching experience. Counts towards Yoga Alliance CE hours. For TT Alumni & SHPY Teacher discount, please pick the discounted rate when registering online. Space is limited.
