Tune into your mind and body with 75 minutes of yin yoga.  Yin is a passive, meditative form of yoga.  Instead of flowing, poses are held for longer periods of time (3-5 min) in order to stretch the connective tissues (joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia) rather than the muscles.  Yin yoga is unheated and accessible for all levels.
