Join Kristen and Jessie for a workshop to manifest a new beginning in 2026. We will begin with a calling card exercise before a full yin practice to help clear the mind and relax the body. After, we will use our calling cards and reflection of our practice to create a positive affirmation and vision board for 2026.
Cards and materials will be provided, but bringing photos or any other items for the vision board is welcomed. The yin class is open to all levels. Reiki will be sent to those who are accepting.
