This six week "Back to Basics" beginner series will be more workshop in nature than a typical class - introducing the fundamentals of yoga to new students and a great refresher for seasoned students looking to deepen their practice.
This series is especially designed to give the beginner yogi a taste of the many elements of a heated vinyasa/power yoga practice and can also be a great stepping stone for those who might be nervous about attending a regular class.
The heated sessions will include beginner asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation, vinyasa (connecting poses in a flow), and guided relaxation. This is a great opportunity to meet yourself right where you are and tap deeper into the strength, balance and flexibility of body, mind and spirit you already possess.
