2020 Teacher Training Livestream Community Classes:

 Join us for these FREE power yoga livestream classes taught by the members of our 2020 Teacher Training program. 

All teacher training community classes can be accessed through our virtual studio. The link for each class will be available the day of the class below.

Community classes are FREE and 60-ish minutes in length.

To attend, please follow the individual class link. You will need to create a Namastream account if you don’t already have one. Once you login to your Namastream account, please click “Register Product”. You will then be taken to the “EVENT” landing page. If this does not happen automatically, use the menu in the middle of the page to navigate to the “EVENT” tab. The “JOIN SESSION” link will be gray if you arrive early. It will turn orange when session has started. Please refresh your page if your button does not automatically turn orange at class time. If that does not work, then logout and login again. 

NOTE: This class is a "face-to-face" class where you will be able to see/hear the teacher (and other students) and the teacher (and other students) will be able to see/hear you. (There is an option, however, with “face-to-face” classes to block your camera and microphone so only your name shows to the group. The teacher will explain this at the beginning of the session.) Also, desktops and laptops work best for our online classes. Some users are not able to connect (or have reported connection issues) with smartphones and tablets. Compatible browsers are: Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
