New Year Challenge

2017 SHPY New Year Challenge w/ Jennifer Lee & Stacey Vespaziani

Strength, Clarity, Purpose. Start 2017 strong by deepening your yoga and meditation practices with the support of the South Hills Power Yoga community. The SHPY New Year Challenge includes 31 days of unlimited yoga, four Sunday sessions exploring the Yoga Sutras and their relevance in our lives, both on and off the mat, as well as weekly yoga and meditation podcasts for the days when you can't get to the studio. 

The Commitment:

  • Six weekly yoga practices, including the weekly Sunday 10a.m. class at SHPY-Dormont, with one rest day each week
  • Attendance at four weekly Sunday group sessions
  • One daily sitting meditation session
  • Weekly reading & journaling assignments

When: Four Sundays (10a.m.-1p.m.) January 1, 8, 15 & 29. Sunday sessions include the 10a.m. Public Class followed by a 90-minute group meeting. (Please note: We will not hold a Sunday Session on January 22, as we will be participating in the Million Women March in D.C. and maybe we'll see you there!) 

Where: SHPY-Dormont (for Sunday Sessions) / Both SHPY Studios (for daily classes) 

Price: $150 (Price includes 31 Day Unlimited SHPY Yoga Pass for January (current passes will be frozen), four group Sunday sessions, a  journal/workbook and weekly asana and meditation podcasts.
