New Year Challenge

2018 SHPY New Year Challenge w/ Jennifer Lee & Stacey Vespaziani

Strength, Clarity, Purpose. Start 2018 strong by deepening your yoga and meditation practices with the support of the South Hills Power Yoga community. The SHPY New Year Challenge includes 31 days of unlimited yoga, five group sessions exploring the Yoga Sutras and their relevance in our lives, both on and off the mat, as well as weekly yoga and meditation podcasts for the days when you can't get to the studio. 

The Commitment:

  • Six weekly yoga practices, including the New Year's Day Class and the weekly Sunday 10a.m. class at SHPY-Dormont, with one rest day each week
  • Attendance at five weekly group sessions
  • One daily sitting meditation session
  • Weekly reading & journaling assignments

When: New Year's Day and the following Four Sundays (10a.m.-1p.m.) January 1, 7, 14, 21 & 28. The New Year's Day and Sunday sessions include the 10a.m. Public Class followed by a 90-minute group meeting.

Where: SHPY-Dormont (for New Year's Day & Sunday Sessions) / Both SHPY Studios (for daily classes) 

Price: $150 (Price includes 31 Day Unlimited SHPY Yoga Pass for January (current passes will be frozen), five group sessions, a  journal/workbook and weekly asana & meditation podcasts. ($50 for 2018 Annual Pass Holders*)

Bonus: Successfully complete the program and receive a t-shirt and a $25 credit toward your next SHPY class pass purchase. 

*2018 Annual Pass holders must enroll in-person at the studio to receive the $50 discounted rate.
